IMMERSE (Immersive Media Makers Exploring Reality, Simulation, and Experiences) is a student-led organization
affiliated with the Immersive Media Design department at the University of Maryland. The club serves as a
multidisciplinary hub for students to engage with immersive media through social, academic, and career-driven
programs, including skill-based workshops, research panels, industry collaborations, mentorship programs, and
design challenges.
IMMERSE supports creative exploration, academic growth, and professional development in immersive technologies
while fostering a strong, inclusive community at the intersection of art and technology.
